this week has been the beginning of a new fitness regime for me and some friends. got Adrian, Dave and Tim to jog with me the other nite and did some occasional gymming exercises another nite too.
okay, so im not that fit - did around 2 jogs around 400m oval and was pretty puffed *blush*
BUT it is the beginning..
so during my weeks off from working, i shall do my best to better myself, my body and my health. about time too. been wanting to do this for ages.. but never got the motivation to get off my bum and start to actually DO it.
so hopefully
after around 1 mnth of jogging at around 3-4 times per week, not only will we be fitter, but also thinner and healthier too.. woohoo!
