Not there to witness the event?

This year the ever so famous event was not telecasted due to low sponsorships.
It was instead held at Marriott Hotel in the ballroom. After a 5 hour long dinner that was touted to be more like a company DnD instead of a charity/pageant dinner, the winner was crowned.

Hi all… it’s my first day on Asian Hottest Blogger NewsWatch 

Just a brief introduction here and hopefully through my posts you will get to know me better and if you leave comments, then I will get to know you too!

Holly Jean is my name, for real. I love the beach, fast cars, boys, and the colour pink. Sometimes people describe me as very righteous… I always preach on doing the right things in life… though other times I can be such a vindictive bitch. I guess I am pretty much like the weather… somewhat predictable at most times, yet really bites you in the ass when you least expect it!

I’m a genuine girly girl who is easy going and unique (or so I’ve been told!) but somehow have always been soooo unlucky in love! I believe in destiny, kismet. I believe in soulmates… I just haven’t found mine yet. Even though I can choose my clothes, my attitude, and even the paths I travel, I have no say in the paths I cross.

I generally blog about my life, the paradox that it is. I used to model, then decided to become an English teacher in a secondary school instead!!! Was hell for 3 years, but finally am going to resign in May 2008 to pursue just about anything that interests me. Life is too short to be unhappy, especially when you have the power to exercise choice.

Turning 21 in aug. graduate in criminal psychology. leads a very interesting life in singapore. been thru things i’ve nvr imagine. i enjoy simplicity. but sometimes things are just not so easy.

People see me as a bubbly, cheerful young adult. but yet my life is another world apart. never judge a book by its cover. Some think I’m plain silly. Sometimes I’m too smart for my own good that I make
mistakes time after time again. I am noisy BUT very quiet too.. and I’m a very soft person. Too nice that lets people take advantage of. I’m not your typical goody-good girl that hangs around in town. I love my friends more than anything. I believe it is them that make us grow up. I believe in angels and demons and believe in

I first started blogging when I was in Standard Six, it was supposed to be a
school project. I really liked it a lot, so I just decided to continue it and blog on a daily basis. At night, of course, after all my homework is completed. I’ve just started my secondary education, I’m thirteen.

Nevertheless, the main purpose I wanted keep an online diary was because I
wanted to record my life. Hopefully when I’m older, I would look back and laugh. As well as to flash back all the old memories I’ve had, etcetera.

Hey folks, I am Brenda here and I am currently at a loss of words to depict myself Well for starters, I am just your conventional girl you meet out on the street I suppose��.conventional in the sense that I have passion for fashion, cosmetics, shoes and designer bags�..which all comes down upon that I am an ultimate shop-a-holic!!

On the more serious side, I am 21 this year and currently am pursuing Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Malaysia. Yes babeh, this country is indeed IN NEED of dentists! The ratio of a dentist to patient is about 1:20,000. So remember my face, remember me, remember what I do and come find me in about 5 years� time ? (I can�t believe I am promoting my dental services when I am just in my 1st year of studies) Sorry, I can�t help it, I have an entrepreneurship mind which is embedded deep in my bloodstream from my parents.

Cheesie is notoriously stingy when it comes to replying sms’es. Sometimes she just so conveniently forgets to reply you.

She has a friend who is trying to save every 10cents possible by cramming her long and winding life story into a 160-character-long sms. That’s not stingy. It’s called kiasu.

This fried of mine also does that 3-second-call stunt (calling you and saying something as fast and as much as possible within three seconds, because the charges only start on the 4th second. Therefore, the call is actually FOC.)

Anyway. Back to my topic.

I’m going to be the most generous and annoying smser today until 11.59pm!!!

Time passes by really quickly. Before I knew it, it’s already the end of my first rotation here in the wards. Next week, I’m off to a rehab hospital at Ryde, spending the next 3 months there.

As I look back in the past 3 months, there were certainly ups and downs. And I’m glad to say that there were more ups than downs. You might know from my previous entries when I had a bit of a ’situation’ with my senior, a few episodes of breakdowns here and there, with a couple of mishaps happening in between. But they always ended on good notes..like there was never any hard feelings, neither of us was offended by each other at the end of the day…it’s not personal…it’s just work.

WOOHOO!!!

I can’t waitttt. It’s gonna be sooo fabulous! I’ve heard sooo many good reviews about it. Tickets were bought months ago! They’re absolutely sold out now. I sure hope I’m gonna have a great night out! Will update later to tell you guys about it.

And guys, thanks heaps for those encouraging messages. I’m sooo fortunate to have so many people who cares about me! Thanks sooo sooo much for taking interest in my so-called life! You all have absolutely no idea how grateful I feel.

I woke up today feeling as angsty as I ever could.
As it is, my mom switched off the air con as usual.
What made things even worse was that it’s a Saturday
and I will not be getting my bf quality time.

Bummed in front of the television with cereal and ice cream.
Who the fuck cares if I grow fat! It’s on my to do list anyway.

So I showered and got ready for work.
Met Qissy at the usual place and we walked over to Hearltand.
Stopped by Mac and the bubble tea shop before
we decided to cab to work since we were quite late.
