I know it’s a bit late, but i still wanna post this up, no matter what. Few days ago, Tee Hui left the company for a better career advancement. Although i felt quite sad, but i am happy for her.
It was my first day of work after the vacation, but it was her last day of work, in the company. I was lucky to be able to catch her. Yes, we can still meet up in the future, but there will be no more frequent teasing and casual chatting around… *sob*sob*
I am really gonna miss u lots! Still remember the time we had our dance lesson together every wednesday nite? U with your hip swerving partner and me with my girl partner. And u kept on complaining that u are not talented for doing all the moves. ^_^

It was the first day of my work since coming back from my enjoyable vacation. And i was supposed to catch up with all my emails and stuffs, tonnes of pending work. Guess what, I had more than 300 unread emails in my company mailbox. *gosh*
But i cant. I dont even have the time to sit still in my own chair for more than 1 hour.
My team’s big boss came from Phoenix, USA to visit us since last Sat. The moment i finished downloaded all the emails, we were scheduled to have a 3 hours review session with him. *talk*talk*talk*

But fun and memorable activities comes first, sleep will just have to follow from behind
Anyways, tonite im gonna sleep earlier cos i will have to go to the airport at 4.30am tomoro morning, as my flight to Gold Coast is at 7.05am. Well, im gonna leave Melbourne soon.. sure gonna miss the city. *oh boy*

Few weeks ago, a coll made a remark that i havent gone to any makan trip lately. I used to travel to as far as Seremban, Malacca, Ipoh and Penang just to get my hands on the local delicacies there.
Instead, i went for movies quite often… every week to be exact.
“so now u have switched ur role as a food critic to movie critic eh?”
“no lar.. always eat, can get fat. Must control a bit…”
Last nite, my makan gang decided to resume our old routine to look and try some good and scrumptious food. One of them saw this introduction of Balinese food in the Bumbu Bali Restaurant, which is located at Bandar Puteri, Puchong in her mom’s cook book. Actually, i have been there once with Clive last year. The food is (still) pretty good.

I’ve witnessed a wonderful thing on my way back home last Tuesday and i thought to myself, i must blog about this and give credits to him.
For those who didnt know (except for Peky, i know what u are going to say about this..), there is one part of the road to my house which is rather steep, going upwards just like driving up a hill. If you are lucky, u can accelerate and drive up without having much problem. But there are times when there is car(s) coming from the right side of the road (it was unfortunately a T-junction by fact, right in the middle of the steep road. Can u just believe how “great” and “safe” is the infrastructure at my area?), u will have to stop the car and wait for your turn. Now this is where u practice and apply your balancing skill that u’ve learned during the driving lessons.

And i thought i was lucky when i narrowly missed an accident last week while i was driving back home after my dance class. But i was happy way too early..
This morning, while i was stuck in a stupid traffic jam as usual, the car in front of mine suddenly surprised me with an emergency halt. I was given only less than one second to step on my brake, but it wasnt enough. My car slowed down but f*cking unfortunately managed to hit the bumper of the front car before coming to a stop. At the moment, all that could come out from my mouth is “SHIT!“.

I had only 4 hours of sleep this morning. *yawn*
My mom almost need to throw me out of the bed cos I was still sleeping when she called me around 4.15am. I was in the mid of a sweet dream, thus explaining why i was so reluctant to wake up. Talking about “good” timing… *sigh*
Me and my families were one of the earliest to arrive @ the cemetery near Jln Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka, for our yearly visit in conjuction of the Cheng Beng Festival (also known as QingMing Festival). I was so relief because there was once, we were stucked in the traffic miles away and we were forced to leave our car (with only the driver inside) in the highway and walk to my grandparent’s tomb. What an exercise in the wee hours! Not that i am complaining, but it is always better to be able to reach there in the comfort of a four wheel vehicle. *using a defending tone*

Yes, i can hear the mosquitoes today. No, no, no. Dont get me wrong here, i have not become Dr. Doolittle or the Queen of the Jungle, where i could talk with animals and insects, YET! I havent gone insane, mind u. But come to think about it, it could be fun being able to communicate with these animals sometimes, when u are too bored and u just dont wanna talk with any normal sane human beings. Just dont force me to act like them, then i’ll definitely be fine

This is NOT what I would wanna become… this is totally nightmare!

To cut the story short, here is something about me. I don’t think I have done any “formal” introduction, anyways, I am Jane. I was born in the multi-racial country called Malaysia (just thought of putting it in a more descriptive way, although I knew for sure there is no way you don’t know about this neighbour!) and currently working in a MNC company in Damansara, KL. Working is a compulsory thing to do for adult (yes, I admit I am a big girl now), but sometimes, I do wish I am back in the school days again where I don’t have to worry about my income and can just happily con my mom into buying stuff for me. Those are the good old days…
