Yea..seems like I completed all of my task today!

Went Sengkang today after tuition cause I need to find a place where I can return my library books and get my stuff from popular bookstore. Seems like Sengkang is the only place that is near Jy’s house that allows me to do so. While I was on the train, I read this article about Bungkok (is it spelt like that?) station that was opened and many people attended the ‘opening ceremony’ and promised that they will use it. But weeks after, many people still prefer to walk to Sengkang station even though Bungkok station is much more nearer because they are used to it. Either walking to Bungkok station will make them feel as if they have walk to the other end of Singapore or they are just telling me that it’s difficult to kick their bad habit.

I maybe weighing at a mere 40kg and standing at 1.63m but you will be surprised by the amount of food I put into my mouth!

**I ate 6 hamburgers before cause I saw an ‘ang moh’ eating 8 hamburgers. He’s much more taller and bigger size than me and yes, it’s a HE. I was only 14 years old by the way. =X
**I ate 15 hot dogs with a bowl of plain rice for lunch. I was only 11 years old. My bowl of rice is definately more than the stingy scope serve outside!
**I ate 2 plates of chicken rice, 1 bowl of marcoroni($3), and a bowl of dumpling($3) at one shot when I went out for the 20th time with Jy!
**I can eat at least 5 roti prata plain or 3 egg prata. I discovered it when I was only 10 years old. =)
**I remember while I was wroking at Mac, I ate 2 mc spicy chicken burger, 1 large fries, 1 small coke.

Part one…

As I had promised, I will post up message that Pastor had preached over the weekend. I urged everyone to read every single sentence so that you will get what I mean.

In Luke 5:4- When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.
Luke 5:5- But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word, I will let down the net.”

A few days ago, I caught ‘Renovate my family’ on channel 5 in the early evening. This particular family wasn’t well to do but that doesn’t stop them from providing shelter and food for the orphans. I guess it’s a Christian family as one of the master was address as Rev so and so.

There was this particular moment whereby the makeup artist of that show brought this lady (let’s call her A) and husband(both of them are related to the Rev to the hospital that A frequent because of some sickness. She has $17,000+ outstanding amount and it was cancel off. She cried and I cried too. The debt and sickness in her body did not waiver her faith in God and she still continue helping the needy. God sees it all and He’s just waiting for the right time to show up. The makeup artist had compassion for her and he did it on his own account. It was not part of the programme to help people settle debt but I guess somehow God touches his heart.

Oh my! Am I the first to start writing? That’s pretty stress. What should I write?? Ok, since CNY is just around the corner. Wana share about how I feel about CNY personally. Being a Christian for about 4 years and still counting, I make sure I’m a good testimony to other non believers everytime I meet them. I used to hate to go to my relatives house during CNY because they will gambled, drink and do all sorts of things that I feel is not acceptabe. I always put on a fake front and then later complaint to my parents about their behaviour. But yesterday, Pastor told us that we can still accept them for who they are. In fact, we should love people fervently. Accepting doesn’t mean approval. Why should we condemn them? Who are we to judge them?? Jesus ate with the tax collector, prostitue, sinners and etc… Who are we to act as BIG SHOT?? Some religious people love to be more holy than God. They got some close up by certain things and at times they leave their brain in the car when they goes to church. Somethings lie on the grey part, you gotta think for yourselve. Why did God gave you a brain for?? Some people came up with these weird rules…

I may not be a good writer but i write every single word with a sincere heart. I may not be VERY pretty but my imperfection makes me unique. I may not be the wackiest writer/blogger but at least it’s safe enough to be PG rated. I’m short to be on the runway but tall enough to pay for my bus ticket.(in fact i have to pay adult fare when i forgot about my bus pass when i was 13!)

I love to make myself look pretty and i love to help people look pretty. (i hope) I was an ugly duckling and nobody loves me.(You get discriminate when you are ugly) But having a positive mindset can change you. That’s why my blog is created, to share my feeling, thoughts, experiences and every things that’s of positive influence to people whom i know and may not know. Hmm.. sounds good??
